**Seeking 2-5 years of Middle Office Trade Support / Operations experience in a competing buy-side environment.

- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)

- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

- Book daily trades, and reconcile trade details with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund

- Send daily trades/pricing files to administrator and Prime Brokers (PB)

Ensure accurate trade capture and settlement in Charles River, their order management system

Create and maintain investment reports for various funds under management

Monitor data quality in investment management and accounting systems

Strong Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets in Excel and produce clean, repeatable reports on a standard cycle

3+ years of experience in fixed-income trading operations

Interacts regularly with management and department leaders.

Monitoring and ensuring appropriate risk management by providing proper Trading desk support.

Experience and/or training knowledge in coding.

Manages real time trade booking exceptions and client request with the trading desk, Risk and clients.

Fast learner, curious and eager to improve their skills set for professional growth.

Leading and maintaining responsibility for exception and query management, Position Changes (Book Transfers, Collapses)

Previous experience with Credit Derivative Products preferred but not required (CDS, CDX, Swaptions)

Existing knowledge of vendor platforms (ICELINK, Bloomberg) preferred but not required

Experience of handling/resolving P&L queries
