Our company primarily serves dealers in the southeast and acts as a one-stop shop providing dealership products designed to drive customer loyalty and retention.

We are looking for individuals to work with our sales team and are seeking those who are self-motivated with great attention to detail. As a Dealer Brand Manager you will represent our company to our customers while visiting them onsite at their automotive dealerships across the state. As part of our team, you will be working with Program and Sales Managers to play a key role in providing exceptional educating, training and service to our customers and dealerships.

Overview of this position's responsibilities:

• Contributes to team effort by implementing new policy and procedure as needed.
• Identifies Company product improvements or suggest new products by customer feedback and remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management to solve problems. Following through with total communication to ensure any problems are resolved.
• Communicating customer needs and feedback to leadership.
• Educate and train our customers and their staff on product features, benefits and services to explain their benefits to their staff and their clients.
• Assisting with the distribution of customer program marketing materials, promotional items or launch materials.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure program success, customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Assisting with operations and sales leadership to ensure program success, customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Maintaining an excellent knowledge of current and new products, features and services available.
• Providing feedback in a clear and concise manner to leadership through dealership lot audits to ensure quality control on all units is being upheld to the company standard.
• Assisting operations team with site visits to ensure the company standards are being met by all associates.
• Communicating with site leads at each dealership to ensure they have all equipment necessary to perform their job.
• Reviewing customer’s dealership locations to ensure programs and services are being performed correctly.

What we are looking for:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Present yourself well with a clean, professional appearance.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills while navigating across a large geographical area
• Pass drug screening and background check.
• Ideal candidates must be self-motivated, tenacious, friendly and outgoing
• Enjoy engaging with customers and create excitement around company products and services
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build consensus, and put a strong emphasis on responsibility and accountability.
