Credit Balance Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Identify issues attributing to overpayments and discuss them with management

Requires 2 years office administrative experience, and a high school education or equivalent.

Manage collection calls and/or on-line resources in a professional manner

Experience in a medical office preferred.

Experience with EMR systems (NextGen and/or OnBase) preferred.

Proficient computer skills including Windows based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), e-mail and automated billing systems.

Independently seeks feedback from management and peers

Ability to identify and assess governance risk and controls and notify management when appropriate

Resolve moderate to complex reconciliation exceptions, and manage stales

Manage small initiatives and projects involving OB&C teams

2+ Accounting or Finance Audit

At least one year of healthcare, revenue cycle, or finance experience preferred.

Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as Infinx specific policies and procedures.

Proven knowledge of billing process and credit resolution.

Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations.
