Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

5+ years of professional design and packaging development experience.

1-3 years of experience in CPG is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in the food industry a plus.

Earnest to apply organizational, design, and time-management skills

Communicate with internal stakeholders: project managers, marketing leads, and external vendors to execute design concepts.

Minimum of 3-4 years of digital and/or print design experience

Experience designing for a variety of media, between digital and print

Documented experience creating print graphics and working with vendors to project completion

Develop marketing materials, including print ads, POS, web assets, digital media, tradeshow graphics,etc.

• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, deadline driven.

• Strong knowledge of beauty trends to create thumb stopping art for packaging

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, including plastic and glass component production

• Knowledge of printing techniques on primary and secondary cartons

• Package development experience, preferably in beauty

• Strong and refined typography skills
