Illustration and graphic design abilities preferred

Manage scheduling for on-site and off-site meetings.

Act as the main point of contact for the design team, managing the product workflow system and offering support as needed.

Consolidate and manage merchandising requests from different internal and external clients.

Offer supplementary operational assistance to the Product Design teams whenever necessary.

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Packaging experience - Creating dielines, revising dielines, and preparing art files for print.

Experience with Artios CAD, Impact CAD, and/or similar digital tools.

Organize and save all assets and art for proper storage, maintaining proper archival of all files using proper file management hierarchies.

Pre-press/Production skills are essential to be able to send out print ready files

Be able to manage timelines efficiently

Manage timelines of label and packaging creation

2-3 or more years of professional progressively responsible experience in design/marketing field.

Expert knowledge of prepress for print production

Present design concepts and ideas to senior management and key stakeholders.

Ensure all design projects meet legal and regulatory compliance requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or related field

Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Manage and balance a daily workload of national assignments

Working knowledge of Pro Tools and/or Adobe Audition

Problem solving skills within established procedures

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Voice and produce national radio commercials

Ability to voice commercials for usage on multiple formats

Collaborate with Art Director, VP of Creative, project managers, and designers to deliver assets for internal meetings and production

Manage time constraints across all design projects

4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or creative agency

Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially the following:

Knowledge of photography, illustration, typography and digital formats preferred

Solid design skills in print, packaging and displays collateral
