Assist with field recruiting, when necessary, for shop level management and hourly employees.

Experienced at coaching hiring managers on how they can meet their recruiting needs.

Full Remote - Work from anywhere in the lower 48 United States

Provide interview training guides, tools, and support to hiring managers. Update and enhance those training tools as needed.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting capacity handling corporate level positions. Restaurant industry a plus.

Experienced with heavy systems and processes.

Exercise independent judgment in responding to escalations involving internal and external stakeholder management

Manage highly sensitive data, including personally identifying information and compensation information, to facilitate the Spring Health job offer process

Deliver a world-class candidate experience as the face of Spring Health's employer brand, often engaging directly with senior and executive-level candidates

Manage the new requisition and job posting process for your aligned business teams

3-6 months of experience in administration, coordination, or customer service

Previous experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or HR preferred

Communicate project progress with management via. Regular meetings

Manage a minimum workload of 20 roles at any time
