Primary liaison between the Learning COE and the People Strategic Advisory.

Monitor and report competitor activities, landscape trends and key marketplace activities in the areas of focus for Enveda

Develop insights into large and mid-cap pharma players as potential partners

Assist in evaluation and strategic, scientific and financial diligence of partnership transactions for Enveda

Collaborate with the Portfolio team to evaluate opportunities

Financial modeling: Creating and managing complex financial models to support deal underwriting and deal structuring efforts

Data analysis: Collecting data, designing, and executing analyses, and creating reports and presentations to share insights with leadership

Preparing internal presentations used to support acquisition recommendations and to communicate with internal constituents

Coordinating with the integration department and other departments, as well as external advisors
