• Leading, mentoring, teaching a team of BIM & reality capture specialists+

• Develop & execute standard operating procedures as it relates to VDC & BIM

• Supports the execution of Bulley & Andrews’ role in preconstruction workflows.

• In conjunction with the project team, prepare and implement a VDC execution plan.

Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and ability to manage up and down streams.

Support department’s manager in developing overall strategies to support company’s goals and initiatives.

Manage and implement various interior design and renovation projects for NYL Business Units.

Manage/expedite special, high visibility projects.

Manage inter departmental relationships within NYL: Procurement, IT, AP.

Ability to work with multiple departments/divisions representatives, outside vendors and consultants to expedite all work.

Generating and maintaining high quality BIM content for your project teams

Providing technical support for BIM enabled projects as needed

Identifying clashes or conflicts between different elements within created models

Assessing the accuracy, reliability, and suitability of BIM Models created

Working in Revit, CAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Procore

What will your typical day include?

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Balance project management workload to promote maximum productivity and effectiveness.

Create and maintain a standardized project management plan and processes for managing stakeholders, communication, schedule, cost, risks, and quality.

Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven supervisory skills

Familiarity with quality management and health safety standards

Familiarity with construction/project management concepts, processes and/or software

A strong understanding of architectural design, site design, space planning, building systems, consultant coordination, client management, construction best practices.

2+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.

Broad experience in Retail Store Development, 6-8 years

Skilled CAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite user.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to solve problems, scale innovation, and sustain programs that support the future growth of our Starbucks stores.

Management of regional assignments from leadership and overall tracking of projects.

Management of back-of-house facility standards (including timely/required updates) for ABG brands including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Increased collaboration with Operations in all regions towards the advancement of the customer experience within and across all facilities.

Direct oversight of design and branding consultant(s).

Facility design, creation, contribution, and input where appropriate and required.

Project collaboration and coordination with ABG internal teams including Security, IT, Marketing, and Operations.
