What you’ll do:

• Supervision of facilities-based special projects introduced by leadership and/or partnering teams within the organization.
• Design oversight of CD&C upfit, renovation, and new construction projects. Includes:
  • Management of regional assignments from leadership and overall tracking of projects.
  • Direct oversight of design and branding consultant(s).
  • Facility design, creation, contribution, and input where appropriate and required.
  • Management of facility standards (including timely/required updates) for ABG brands including finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and signage as well as all branded elements found within the customer-facing environment – interior and exterior.
  • Management of back-of-house facility standards (including timely/required updates) for ABG brands including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Project collaboration and coordination with ABG internal teams including Security, IT, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Field support of Regional Directors through periodic site/construction reviews. Includes evaluations of standards, customer, and back-of-house environment within field locations.
• Management of regional assignments from leadership and overall tracking of projects.
• Management of CD&C vendors and design consultants, responsible for signage, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and furniture, inclusive of product pricing as well as final selection of products. Responsible for maintaining (or creating new) vendor and consultant relationships as required.
• Increased collaboration with Operations in all regions towards the advancement of the customer experience within and across all facilities.
• Direct oversight of design and branding consultant(s).
• Project collaboration and coordination with ABG internal teams including Security, IT, Marketing, and Operations.
• Facility design, creation, contribution, and input where appropriate and required.
• Management of facility standards (including timely/required updates) for ABG brands including finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and signage as well as all branded elements found within the customer-facing environment – interior and exterior.
• Field support of Regional Directors through periodic site/construction reviews. Includes evaluations of standards, customer, and back-of-house environment within field locations.
• Expanded coordination and partnership with Security, IT, Marketing, and other relevant teams in the advancement of the customer environment across all brands.
• Management of back-of-house facility standards (including timely/required updates) for ABG brands including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
