- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and prepared for potential issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Act as a liaison between corporate departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards the same goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate liaison, multitasking, and executive administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
