Job Details


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Project Coordinator to join our team in the cannabis industry. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced person to join our cannabis team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, acting as a corporate liaison to external partners and vendors, and be great at multitasking. This will be hybrid role between an Executive Assistant to C-suite and Project Coordinator


Responsibilities


  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and prepared for potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and on-track with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to future projects.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate liaison, multitasking, and executive administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
