Two years of full-time experience supporting human resource operations and initiatives.

Certifications or licenses in professional HR organizations such as SHRM and/or HRCI .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior HR management experience of 7 – 10 years

Prior HR and/or Talent Management experience of 8+ years

Strategic thinking - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and trends (i.e. talent management, recruitment strategies, people assessment, career management)

Share key People Review insights with LUSA and Global Talent Management & Acquisition partners

Drive divisional/ functional communications strategy to ensure adoption and engagement with Talent, Employee Experience, TR and People Development & Learning processes

Support Global initiatives and requests aligned to Talent, People Development & Learning, Total Rewards and Employee experience

Basic knowledge of electrical components and operation.

Prior experience using hand and power tools, precision measuring tools and the ability to read and work from drawings and blueprints.

6 months maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Advise executive management on all matters of board governance and board effectiveness

Stay current on developments in corporate governance and advise executive management on their implications for the company

Work with executive management to establish and maintain effective relationships between the board and management.

*Manage payroll processing schedule and ensure deadlines are met

Prepare client sign off documents for approval by a Payroll Senior Specialist, Lead, or Manager

Remove boxes from the production line and place them onto pallets according to customer specifications (pattern and height).

Stack boxes as straight as possible on pallets; ensure they are stabilized before moving to prevent boxes from tipping over.

Shrink wrap finished pallets and label appropriately.

Inspect machinery at beginning of day for potential repairs and report need for repairs to Bakery Manager.
