Overview The Coordinator of Guest Services is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring that the guest experience is a positive one. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the guest services department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff. The Coordinator of Guest Services must be able to effectively communicate with guests and staff, as well as handle any customer service issues that may arise. Detailed Job Description The Coordinator of Guest Services is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring that the guest experience is a positive one.
