Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of progressive experience in project management or program management of transformational initiatives.

Working knowledge of the principles and practices for managing, developing and administering large, complex projects.

Demonstrated skill at making sense of complex, voluminous, and occasionally contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

Ability to facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements.

Skilled at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Skilled at securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently.

Minimum 6 years of experience

Proven experience as a conversion-focused copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.

Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Develop persuasive copy that drives conversions and aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.

Demonstrable track record of leading marketing website strategy and driving execution. This requires strong communication, organizational and project management skills

Experience executing A/B and MVT tests online, including ideation, execution, and reporting.

Proven experience of delivering both improvements in conversion metrics within an ecommerce business as well as ongoing optimization.

Exceptional communication skills: must be able to articulate a clear, persuasive argument verbally and in writing

Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or related experience

Possess strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal management skills.

Identify and qualify potential leads based on their trading requirements and preferences.

At least 3 years of experience within the FX industry in a similar role.

1 or more years of welding or equivalent experience (Certification Preferred)

Knowledge of physical properties and welding characteristics of metal, effects of heat, welding shrinkage, welding techniques, and allowance for shrinkage.

Welder in the production process to create finished assemblies and subassemblies for chiller modules while reading and understanding blueprint/schematics.

Read 3-dimensional and 2-dimensional blueprints and schematics to determine dimensions, design, and materials needed for performing duties.

Prepare materials to be welded by completing cutting, notching, and drilling per the job blueprints and schematics.

Responsible for laying out prepared materials and completing welds to complete a finished assembly.

Create and execute user experience A/B tests and implement winning cells of previous tests

1-2 years of experience in conversion rate optimization

1-2 years of experience in website development

Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS

Intermediate knowledge of Javascript (ES5/ES6)

Collaborative communication, organization, prioritization, and time management

Prior experience in file/document conversions

Experience working with Accounting or Accountants

**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits & paid holidays**

Converting and preparing desktop files and documents to be compatible with online programs

Reconciling various files assigned daily and verifying data is intact through reports

High school graduate or equivalent.

Must be able to work an eight hour or twelve hour shift with overtime required both weekly and on weekends.

Comply with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant and the department assigned to.

Use of the proper personal protective equipment.

Read docket daily and at all order changes to ensure the proper product is being packed.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in their assigned areas.
