One or more years CRM experience including tracking data, assigning tasks, and pulling reports. Salesforce experience a plus.

Proven skill in using slide decks to communicate a narrative. A sample may be requested.

Exceptional organizational skills and a methodical mindset.

Outreach records in Salesforce and progress reports.

Preparation of presentations (slide decks and notes) in advance of meetings.

Research and communications with prospective companies and partners.

Perform product knowledge (PK) training sessions with customers.

Manage territory pricing based on competitive situations.

Manage customer accounts receivable balance and deductions.

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Prior sales experience calling on roofing contractors, builders and/or architects, and professional sales training preferred.

Survey and evaluate training effectiveness and communicate results with the Manager of Training and Quality Assurance.

3 years of Experience in the Enrollment Department and/or training team

Physical requirements: sedentary work, fluent typing, listening, speaking, extensive reading, repetitive motions, and extended computer usage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience using digital, e-learning tools such as Snagit, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia Studios to create effective instructional materials.
