Effective verbal and written communication skills
Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to our internal teams for resolution and provide frequent communication to the trader through to resolution.
Own user issues through various channels, such as email and chat, from start to resolution
Troubleshoot incoming issues to determine the severity and escalate when needed
Must be a current Topstep Funded Trader, or you have been funded in the past
