Summary of the position:

One of our many customer(s) today is urgently looking for an experienced Photo Producer with Working knowledge of both PC and Mac operating systems, Photoshop.

Job Title:E-Comm Photo Producer

Location: Pawtucket, Rhode Island – Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

Duration: 11 Months

We are a lively team in a fast-paced in-house Photo Studio! We are looking for a Photo Producer to fill a 1-year temp role in our Rhode Island studio. Do you love contributing to a visual strategy, working with others and enjoy product & lifestyle photography for outstanding brands like Transformers, Play-Doh, Nerf, Magic the Gathering and a variety of Games? The Photo Producer will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Product and Lifestyle Photography projects, executed both in-house and at external studio locations. The Photo Producer will partner with Brand, Package Design and Marketing teams to deliver the highest quality photo shoot in the most efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. They will directly manage projects from start to finish, including hiring all vendors and crew, scheduling Photographers and studio space, coordinating samples, managing files through editing and final delivery. This role reports directly to the Creative Producer.

Required Skills

• Serve as primary liaison between the Photo Studio and internal clients.

• Facilitate clear, constructive and on-going communication with the Creative Producer regarding project status and asset delivery.

• On a weekly basis, track costs associated with completed photo shoots.

• Correspond with internal clients relative to production needs.

• Partner with the Model Studios team to coordinate and transport samples for photo shoots.

• Schedule projects based on priority.

• Confirm that proper documents are in place for all talent and crew.

• Execute photography projects, including being on-set to ensure efficiency, timing and budget.

• Trouble-shoot and resolve issues relating to physical production through final file delivery.

• Route image files through the editing process, including communicating specific instructions.

• Route files through internal approvals and manage final upload of assets for delivery.

• Track the status of projects within the workflow to ensure final delivery within deadline.

Functional/Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of both PC and Mac operating systems, Photoshop and Capture One.

• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office file formats.

• Significant experience and success in managing a variety of projects.

• Demonstrates an advance aptitude in design, layout and composition as it applies to photography.

Desired Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent Production experience, in digital studio photography a plus.

Desired Years of Experience

• Two or more years producing photography shoots, both in-house and on-location.

• Two or more years negotiating with vendors such as talent agencies, stylists, set dressers, caterers, etc.

Position requires in-office work 3 - 5 days per week.

Service Type: Professional - Studio Services

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $26/hr. to $28/hr.
