Familiarity with the basic requirements of content creation and the company's brand image, products, and services is a must.

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field. If equivalent experience, high school diploma required.

Minimum of 3 years of research, writing, and editing experience.

Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft (or equivalent) programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint helpful.

Experience working with or in support of customer service preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Researches, writes, reviews and/or edits materials for guides/tutorials, manuals, newsletters and online services.

Proposes new products/services and changes to existing products/services.

Must be able to use PC and MS Office.

Ability to search, analyze and interpret information from various sources.

Account management or partner relationship management experience, especially in a nonprofit context.

Program Management– Choose topics, pricing, and manage training schedule. Manage learning management software. Monitor metrics and evaluate program outcomes.

Experience and formal education in learning design, curriculum design, instructional design.

A college degree or equivalent general knowledge and experience.
