Support the Product Manager and Technology team with user-acceptance testing, requirements, user training and troubleshooting.

Stay ahead of on the digital asset management (DAM) technology trends and innovations in the industry and within the Company.

Multimedia content experience including video

Manage the banned user process, and track and remove previously banned users.

Manage special projects as assigned.

Previous experience in a digital production environment supporting the work of other teams.

Have a good knowledge of the principles of customer service.

Previous experience moderating user-generated content on a major website.

Great knowledge of online legal issues and cool under pressure.

Prior experience with descriptive metadata standards and content management systems is strongly preferred

Be a champion of data consistency to support standards for analytics and help improve DAM operations management by ensuring regulatory compliance.

Good eye and a knack for photography, and prior photo & video editing skills required.

Partner with necessary internal stakeholders and technology partners to ensure the security of the company’s digital assets.

Serve as the primary individual maintaining the company’s Digital Asset Library/DAM system and reviewing metadata to ensure compliance.

Provide reports to internal stakeholders on what content is driving the most engagement, attention, and interaction from viewers.

Understanding of basic product management, asset and/or repository platform management

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus

2-4 years as a Digital Asset Manager or similar role, preferably with digital asset or digital librarian experience required

Manage access to the repository and use, including auditing of user licenses

Experience with Aurora's Food Pro or other management software is a plus.
