Contact Center Client Services Specialist Jobs

This position is a remote position and will work a schedule of Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

This role oversees all areas of technology spanning Contact Center and non-Digital Customer Interaction platforms, having direct oversight for:

One year experience in medical setting.

Knowledge of patient service principles and practices.

Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.

One (1) year of customer service, office or related experience required.

Answers and handles contact center appointment calls appropriately according to department procedures and guidelines.

Manage kit/supply inventory levels to ensure appropriate customer levels

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client facing receptionist positions

Experience in the veterinary industry preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to quickly learn new computer programs; experience with client management systems a plus

Ensures integrity of data in client data management system; updates client information as needed, and corrects inaccurate information as necessary

Communicates with referring partners, case managers, clients, and staff regarding the status of authorizations and potential disruptions of services

Associate Degree or equivalent job experience in Gerontology, Counseling, Human Services, or Communication

Knowledge of senior services and resources preferred

3 years experience in direct client services on social service environment preferred

5 years of outside sales and or customer facing management experience

Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, or related field preferred

CRM and Microsoft Office experience

Excellent negotiation skills with proven ability to close business

Develop and maintain customer and account team relationships

Banking, Call Center, Customer Service or Sales experience is desired.

Outlines participant options regarding TIAA products and services and explains choices using clear and simple explanations.

Answers participant questions by communicating TIAA financial plan details and providing further explanation when necessary.

Executes transactions and service requests on behalf of participant.

Maintains records of all participant interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc., as well as banking service transactions performed.

Refers participant to business partners when appropriate to retain and increase client assets.

Two years of case management experience

An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and job-related experience to substitute for the required minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Manage a caseload, interview program participants, and help families develop individualized case management plans that move participants to self-sufficiency

Enter data into complex agency data systems and complete required case management documentation

Certificate, credential, or associate's degree in social work, family studies, early childhood education, education, or related field

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish

Maintains critical documents pertaining participant data and case management. Assist in obtaining Critical documents required for participant personal growth and development.

Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques methods of public of program development, implementation and evaluation.

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail.

CASE MANAGER – NAVIGATION CENTER, CONTRACT SERVICES SPECIALIST
