The Position:
The Client Services Specialist is a key liaison between Veracyte and its customers. The primary responsibility is to provide world-class service and support to doctors and patients as well as to problem solve with our internal teams including sales, lab staff, and billing department to resolve customer issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive, successful relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer interaction and ensuring all customer requirements are fully met. This is a remote role, looking for someone in California.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle customer email inquiries and ensure all feedback is documented
- Manage kit/supply inventory levels to ensure appropriate customer levels
- Contact medical practices to confirm order information
- Analyze customer trends using critical analysis to ensure correct processes are being met
- Partner with sales team to ensure optimal account set up for new and existing customers
- Provide top notch customer service by answering calls with high level of professionalism and compassion
Who You Are:
You have excellent customer service skills, a kind and compassionate approach to problem solving along with great attention to detail. You have the intellectual fortitude to manage an issue and see it through to its conclusion. You take great pride in building positive relationships with patients, doctors, sales representatives and your peers. You aspire to influence continuous improvement in our internal processes and operations through providing customer feedback themes and ideas for solutions. You have at least two years of experience working in a customer care role at a healthcare related company and have used Salesforce CRM as well as Microsoft Office. Previous roles in Case Management, Reimbursement, Customer Service with Medical Terminology will help you be successful in this role.
