3 years of experience in an operations role with a professional services firm, software, or technology-based company.

3 years of experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.

3 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

3 years of experience with executive level reporting, KPIs and data analytics.

Provide general planning, business development, leadership and management for Vizient's Advisory Solutions – Supply Chain Operations offering.

Perform general management responsibilities to include program, personnel, budgetary, and business development.

Demonstrate proven Project Management skills focusing on complex projects.

Interface with Vizient Corporate Integrated Model & Solutions Management teams to help develop & advance programs and services.

Experience working with a healthcare provider /healthcare consulting firm is desired.

Provide strategic direction to customers and in-depth technical expertise through coordination, implementation and delivery of consulting services.

Supply chain management consulting and/or implementation project experience

Provide customer and market feedback to Product Management and Marketing teams

Advanced Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering preferred

Support opportunity qualification and drive RFx responses

Educate e2open partners and industry analysts on e2open and the e2open solution offering

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a business-related field plus a minimum of 5-8 years related experience in a similar role / industry

Maven education/brand awareness to Subject Matter Expert teams and consultants at the local office level

Account knowledge, consulting and broker contacts, and industry relationships in the employer space

Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate product vision to stakeholders

Ability to deliver presentations in a way that establishes credibility and reinforces the value of the Maven offering
