Consultant Full Cycle Recruiter Remote Jobs

Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additional roles

Responsible for role-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering

Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine-tune hiring efforts

Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must-have

Healthcare industry knowledge is ideal

Make recommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiring and onboarding procedures for each brand

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Support the full cycle recruitment process for high-volume skilled trade roles.

• Provide training to hiring managers to improve hiring results.

• Strong preference for experience in solar, construction, roofing, field operations

• Experience using Indeed and other sourcing tools to identify, source and attract passive talent.

3+ years full desk recruiting experience (or proven billing).

Filling the roles for your Clients.

Finding and Maintaining great relationships with clients and candidates.

Ability to use Linkedin Recruiter.

No assigned territories or industries

Any industry is welcome and there are no assigned territories.

7+ years Experience working in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop); (Shopify, Bill.com, Gusto, and Restaurant 365 experience are a plus)

Fluency in Gmail, Excel & Word; experience with (BigTime and Keeper are a plus)

Full-Cycle/Senior level Accounting Experience (Restaurant and Retail experience a plus)

Generate and manage various reports as needed

Provide regular updates to hiring managers and technical leads on recruitment progress and metrics.
