Sr Construction Management Jobs in Texas

5+ years' experience in Planning, Design, Construction, and Project Management in Healthcare.

Communicates regularly with other management members to include Operational leadership and Client leadership regarding project status.

Pursues profitability for projects by empowering and realigning human capital and value engineering by effective management of resources.

Bachelor’s Degree in design, engineering or construction related field strongly desired. Street Retail Brand experience / knowledge preferred.

Liaisons with Brand Managers, Operations teams, Culinary teams, Marketing Managers and Client Project Managers on projects status and project developments.

5+ years of foodservice / hospitality industry experience strongly desired.

Working with upper management to provide feedback and continue to develop company operation procedures and policies.

Bachelors degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended.

Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources

Mentoring Project Managers and Project Engineers.

Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required

Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals

Proven Program Management experience in a dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering based organizations.

Experience with different project management tools such as Microsoft Project is beneficial

Develop project management best practices and processes to roll-out across the Central Methodology organization

Project planning, requirements definition, managing deliverables, tracking and reporting for key Verification Methodology initiatives

Deploying front end development methodologies to a wide customer base with diverse requirements and needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
