Sr Construction Management Jobs in Illinois

4 - 6 years of R&D and Operations Experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Prefer major in Chemical Engineering or Food Process Engineering.

Has had leadership experience in a big scale project.

Working knowledge in IIM and RCA (root cause analysis).

Process development and/or process deployment ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods environment

Leading project teams and influencing cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification in Building Engineering, Facility Management or similar

Any additional training certifications in building management systems, facility management, vendor management or procurement are a plus.

Execute bid management process where relevant, negotiate terms, and provide cross-comparison analysis.

Ensure vendor management accountability, efficacy and execution. Oversee work from start to finish.

Undertake all necessary assessments, cascade information to own team and management efficiently. Adhere to deadlines.

Be responsible for facility related procurement topics and invoice management.
