Provide guidance and support to management and employees on compliance-related matters, including policies, procedures, and training programs.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. Relevant compliance/audit certifications preferred.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance and audit requirements into business processes, systems, and initiatives.

8+ years experience in compliance and audit functions, preferably in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the company's operations.

Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage regulatory relationships.

Lead the Compliance team and manage periodic audits, reporting requirements , regulatory examinations and assessments.

Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and understand regulatory impact of changes to the product offering.

Manage internal know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

At least 5 years of legal and/or compliance experience within the banking and/or Fintech space.

Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills.

Experience with third-party risk management programs.

Act as an advisor to management on business controls impacted by compliance.

Oversee the alignment and implementation of policies related to third-party management with the third-party risk management program.

Monitor third-party risk management data, including KPIs and KRIs.

Manage control compliance through data, including KPIs and KRIs.

5+ years of work experience in progressive business management leadership of compliance functions for a managed care and/or healthcare services company

10+ years of progressive leadership/people management experience

Deep working knowledge of global healthcare compliance, ethics programs, and data privacy

Experience in managing compliance governance activities, including the coordination of committees and preparation of Board level ma

Proven experience inspiring cross-functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results

Provide strategic leadership, oversight, and vision to build, enhance and sustain the Company’s data privacy program enterprise wide.

You will bring several years of management level healthcare regulatory and compliance experience

Personal experience presenting, interacting, and building effective relationships with professionals, including executive management, sometimes in difficult situations

Identify, implement and manage compliance technology

Support external marketing and public relations efforts to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

Manage Legal and Compliance Associate and possible interns on a day-to-day basis in relation to workload, quality control, and mentoring

Knowledge of the real estate industry or private investment funds preferred
