$22 - $28 per hour, DOE, pay for travel time to and from all job sites

Previous knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Knowledge of solar or solar shingle installation processes (Tesla Solar Roof, Solstice Roof Shingle, Timberline Solar, etc).

Assemble, calibrate, and operate roofing robots designed and manufactured by our engineering team.

Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement necessary modifications or improvements based on test results and user feedback.

Prepping layout & following plan details

Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment and effectively seal penetrations

Knowledge of installation of Commercial Kitchen Equipment preferred but not required

Traveling to construction sites to unload and move equipment into place

Understanding of energy storage solutions and Tesla Powerwalls installation experience are a plus

Roofing experience is a must

Work well in a team environment & have effective communication skills

Install solar equipment and electrical equipment for residential solar systems

Ensure systems meet company standards and are installed per all electrical and local building codes

Previous solar installation experience and/or technical education a plus, but not required. Curiosity and passion are most important.

Entry-Level or higher NABCEP certification, general construction experience, OSHA 10/30, First Aid certification are advantageous, but not required.

Salary range – $25-$30/hour, based on experience

The ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds on a frequent basis is required.

Have a hard-working attitude, be reliable and pay attention to detail.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities

Passion for learning new skills and concepts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of CRM applications

5+ years of professional experience.

Experience with solar monitoring DAS platforms and alerts.

Able to install racking systems/solar panels, check/run wires as needed

Ability to climb ladders with up to 50lbs on your back

Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.)

$18 - $22 per hour depending on experience

EDUCATION, SKILL, EXPERIENCE OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES

Depending on experience, lead and mentor crews

3-5 years of combined experience as a Solar Installer and/or Electrician

This position will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a job offer

Ensure accurate and timely PV installations

Inverter, module, and conduit installation

Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position; Some solar experience is required

Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effective!v with management/supervision.
