$22 - $28 per hour, DOE, pay for travel time to and from all job sites

Travel premium and per diem for meals when traveling overnight, but home on the weekends

Experience with solar monitoring DAS platforms and alerts.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 year of PV installation experience (Preferred)

Loading and unloading Company vehicle with project materials

Loading and unloading materials to and from the roof/structure being installed on

Assemble all roof components in an efficient and safe manner

Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position; Some solar experience preferred but not required

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Produce quality work, meeting requirements of plans, specifications and industry standards

Perform all other actions necessary to accomplish the foregoing principal duties and accountabilities

Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision

Use effective verbal and written communication skills. Add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and fractions rapidly and accurately

Working knowledge of tools used on solar installations, preferred.

Pulling homeruns into an inverter.

Utilizing conventional labeling of homeruns with inverter, string and MPPT.

Reading and identifying a stringing diagram.

Torquing hardware to proper settings and correctly identifying torqued hardware.

Identifying the proper sequence of installation.

One year of successful sales experience, solar sales preferred but not required.

At least 2 years experience in Commercial sales

Build and Lead sales strategy.

Work with Marketing and Customer Success in Sales-marketing strategies.

Identify and connect with potential customers.

Follow up on sales opportunities and close Sales Qualified Leads.
