Previous experience in property and casualty insurance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirements (education, experience, skills):

· Insurance experience – requires working knowledge, casualty, terms and elements

· Other duties as assigned by manager

· College graduate and/or applicable training and/or experience

· 3+ years analyst, insurance, claims or relevant experience required

· Advanced skills in Excel required, ability to work with large sets of data

5 – 7 years of property management or equivalent experience

Excellent problem solving and time management skills

Proactively manage tenant relations and address any tenant concerns or requests as they arise

Ensure all building violations and code requirements are resolved promptly and document accordingly

Create and manage building’s yearly operations budget and issue monthly variance reports

Highly skilled in handling all aspects of running an office, well organized

Minimum of three (3) years of risk management, claims, finance, analysis, or related experience is required

Coordinate with Treasury Cash Management on claim deposit requirements

Perform activities including reconciling reports from brokers and vendors, creating reports for management, and responding to requests for additional information

Assist Utilization Management with procedures for managing transplant cases

Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as external stakeholders

Work with broker to manage certificate of insurance requests

Demonstrate technical knowledge to educate and consult prospects on coverages that are available and appropriate for their business

Automotive dealership insurance experience preferred

Knowledge of insurance programs/coverages and how they protect Auto Dealerships

Commercial insurance sales experience preferred

Excellent knowledge of MS Office products

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

2+ years commercial property management experience or equivalent business management experience.

Good time management and prioritization skills;

Knowledgeable in the day-to-day operational aspects of the buildings mechanical systems, including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, roof, electrical, etc.

Assist in the leasing and sales efforts of properties as requested by the Senior Property Manager(s) and / or leasing agents.

Good writing and spelling skills;

Proficient and experienced in communicating, both written and verbally.

Targeted 6-8 years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client facing role or demonstrated capabilities to complete role responsibilities

Experience in program management of large, loss-sensitive, or guaranteed cost coverage lines, and/or global master programs.

Project management skills including attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and time management.

Maintain accurate policy detail in Management System

Participation in internal pre-renewal strategy meeting, review of management of expiration list

Manage the certificate renewal process with clients to determine requirements, coordinating with cert center to insurance timely and accurate issuance.

4+ years of commercial property management experience is required.

Knowledge of CAM estimating, and reconciliation experience a plus.

Must have experience with pulling and analyzing financial reports and support in creating budgets and forecasting.

Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, handle and pull financial reporting.
