Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist

We are looking for a motivated individual to assist a busy insurance office. As a well established insurance agency we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality service to our customers. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires exceptional customer service skills while helping identify and solve client insurance needs. This job requires experience selling Property and Casualty insurance as well as administrative skills.

Duties:

• Maintain and develop customer relations
• Enter customer information accurately into the system and update records as needed
• Provide expert Property and Casualty insurance advice to new and existing clients.
• Write new business policies with exceptional attention to detail.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about insurance services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Property and Casualty insurance liscence required
• Previous experience in property and casualty insurance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

License/Certification:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
