Job Description

Marsh is seeking a Placement Associate to prepare documentation and submissions to market, analyzes and collect quotes and ensures proper records are maintained. (Open to Remote

We will count on you to

  • Requests and oversees follow-up for changes from underwriters and reviews coverage specifications to be submitted to carriers/underwriters to ensure they are accurate.
  • Processes necessary documentation and follows up on outstanding documentation with the appropriate party to ensure the smooth continuation of the Placement process.
  • Works with Placement colleague to prepare documentation and submissions for market, including specifications, applications and summary reports to better serve clients.
  • Assists with analyzing and collecting quotes for Placement colleague, comparing quotes for markets, reviewing existing client insurance and risk programs and preparing proposal components to better serve clients.
  • Maintains a more detailed technical understanding of the Placement business to better assist the Placement colleague.
  • Maintains market contact at appropriate levels needed to execute assigned tasks effectively and assist the Placement colleague.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $63,500 to $135,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
