Manage the day to day administration and website merchandising for trulybeauty.com and the Truly mobile app

Manage and execute integrated promotional campaigns on the website and mobile application

3-5+ years of experience working on direct to consumer brand e-commerce websites

Expert-level experience working in Shopify is a must

Comprehensive knowledge of the retailer media landscape (search and programmatic); experience with Amazon Advertising preferred

Manage all aspects of the Amazon platform to grow revenue and profitability

Manage technical issues promptly and effectively to ensure optimal performance

CPG skincare or beauty industry experience preferred

Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise information supported by data

Proficient in Google Suite skills; Amazon research and analytics tools

Proven performance management skills: setting clear goals and objectives, measuring performance, and providing guidance and direction to staff to improve performance

BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field

10+ years’ working in a fast-paced, high-volume consumer-facing corporate or agency environment with responsibility for simplifying complex customer experiences

Ability work / manage agency partners for benchmarking / strategic insights

Passion for understanding the customer needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience

Strong personal skills to support organizational awareness & participation

Prior project management or product management experience is a plus

Project management or Product management certification is a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Work with Vendor Management & Risk team to ensure contracts are reviewed on a timely and effective manner

Ensure departmental revenues and expenses are tracked properly after proper review/oversight by management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must. Internally and externally
