Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or equivalent work experience

Strong asset management analysis of property performance using Excel required.

Manage Third Party Consultants, Lenders, and Equity Partners throughout the closing process.

Bear responsibility for P/L performance for the portfolio.

Knowledge of best practices and education policy and research on a national, state, and local level.

Salary: $65,000 - $88,000 per year (depending on experience)

Carry out elements of Owner contract and Subcontractor contracts – specifications, drawings, general conditions, supplementary conditions, addendums, changes

Analyze and understand self-performed work. Analyze processes – make suggestions to be efficient and effective

Assist with estimating/perform quantity take-offs

Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry.

Prior experience with the medical and recreational marijuana industry preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills a must.
