Perform site visits to conduct outreach, education, training and orientation sessions for providers and ancillary staff

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred or experience in Healthcare IT field

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills

Experience with clinical workflows, PMIS/EHR software and physician practice management applications

Effective time management, logical problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated attention to detail

A minimum of 1 to 3 progressive years working with PMIS/EHR technology from a problem resolution and change management perspective

Assist with the development and implementation of processes and controlled documents in collaboration with Quality Management

Strong computer skills including knowledge of Office365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project

Collaborate/interact with internal and external stakeholders as related to conduct of required job responsibilities

Experience developing meeting agendas and finalizing meeting minutes

Ability to collaborate effectively with the study team, cross-functional team members and external partners (where needed) using collaborative negotiation skills

Experience using Microsoft Office suite products is preferred

Experience in healthcare/case management systems is a plus

Degree in any of the following fields: occupational therapy, nursing, social work, case management, or related wellness field

Communicate domain knowledge and clinical findings to stakeholders and colleagues

Developing novel program design to address program needs based on clinical experience and data

2+ years of hands-on clinical or wellness experience in a 55+ population

Basic knowledge of research methodologies in controlled and observational settings, including statistics and data analysis methods

Experience with Clinical Trials Management System (i.e., OnCore, Velos, etc.)

Organize and manage time and tasks independently

2 years of health care operations experience preferably in clinical research

Demonstrated skills in critical thinking and problem solving

Strong written and verbal communication skills

2 years of clinical research experience

Follow established protocols and processes, with an eye towards improving operational processes to provide the best patient experience.

Be willing to take on additional clinical projects or responsibilities when necessary.

Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred, but not required: Knowledge of testosterone deficiency in men.

Own patient communications for clinical questions (e.g. side effects, prescriptions, labs) and know when to escalate the issue.

Work with the clinical and operations team to make sure the patient receives fast resolution to any concerns.

Experience with an ERP software, JDE and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) preferred

Good computer skills including MS Office Suite, Adobe, and ability to operate general office machinery

Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

Substantial knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and international and domestic medical device regulatory guidelines relevant to clinical study documentation

Conduct periodic audits of documentation and may participate in internal master file audits

Experience with an ERP software, JDE and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) preferred

National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)

Solid understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to clinical trial management

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related field AND * 3 years of previous hands-on clinical research experience

Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite including MS Project and excellent Excel skills required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

5+ years of working experience in product management, operations, or healthcare management role

Demonstrated project management skills, ability to prioritize, deliver against timelines, and execute in a rapidly evolving environment

Conceptualize and execute pilots and experiments to improve processes and inform product development decisions (e.g., feature prioritization and user experience improvements)

Manage the dissemination of product updates and lead associated training within the Clinical Operations team

Experience collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to motivate and gain alignment with cross-functional teams
