Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with Senior Management.

Complete all ATSU University requirements including annual Required Employee Training (RET), annual employee evaluation process, HR trainings.

Experience with an ERP software, JDE and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System) preferred

Top three non-negotiable technical skills and years of experience required for candidate.

High level of detail oriented, lots of data entry and templates

Good computer skills including MS Office Suite, Adobe, and ability to operate general office machinery

Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

Substantial knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and international and domestic medical device regulatory guidelines relevant to clinical study documentation

5+ years of working experience in product management, operations, or healthcare management role

Demonstrated project management skills, ability to prioritize, deliver against timelines, and execute in a rapidly evolving environment

Conceptualize and execute pilots and experiments to improve processes and inform product development decisions (e.g., feature prioritization and user experience improvements)

Manage the dissemination of product updates and lead associated training within the Clinical Operations team

Experience collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to motivate and gain alignment with cross-functional teams
