Overview A Client Services Advisor is a customer service professional who provides advice and assistance to clients in order to help them make informed decisions about their products and services. They are responsible for providing a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support. Detailed Job Description Client Services Advisors are responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support. They must be able to provide accurate and timely information to clients and be able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand. They must also be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. Client Services Advisors must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
