B V L G A R I is seeking a Contract Client Advisor for our Short Hills location!

The Contract Client Advisor acts as an ambassador of Bulgari and provides exceptional client service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience BVLGARI is known for.
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clientele tools, to foster Brand loyalty.
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
• Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales.

Skills and Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience in high-end luxury retail sales, preferably jewelry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
• Being bilingual is a plus.
• Must be proactive and results-driven.
• Excellent organization and learning skills.
• Be able to speak to all product categories in the selling ceremony.
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
