Client Intake Advocate Jobs

Manage the client intake process from initial client communication to scheduling of para services

Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate resources

Answer questions from existing and prospective clients

Proactively follow-up with clients and have them move timely through the intake process

Ensure client paperwork is submitted correctly and properly filed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of technical solutions experience, such as network infrastructure, collaboration and/or security (preferred)

Prior experience selling services and solutions

Prior experience interfacing with the C-Suite and/or Director level personnel

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Minimum Requirements for a Remote Home Office Intake Specialist:

Call center and customer service experience

Personal knowledge and experience in the Equestrian world

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field. Or, equivalent experience

Strong writing and communication skills; excellent phone presence

2-4 years of experience handling customer-facing technical troubleshooting in a SaaS environment

Entrepreneurial, start up, or small business experience

$60-65,000 annually, depending on experience; eligible for bonuses

Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills; ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Contribute to building knowledge base of repeat requests

Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed clients’ expectations

Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests and providing exceptional client experience

Strong phone and email communication skills

Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication and active listening skills – high level of professionalism

Effective time management and organizational skills

Experience with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred

Experience with intake and/or sales, as you will respond to inbound calls/making outbound calls

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
