About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, relationships-focused, solutions-oriented Product Marketing and Client Engagement Manager to join our growing team at Radion Health. Reporting directly to Radion’s Director of Growth, the Product Marketing and Client Engagement Manager will design and implement marketing and customer engagement strategies to grow Radion’s book of broker business and portfolio of subscribed groups. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by following up with broker leads, converting them into accounts, and maintaining ongoing communication with new broker subsets. You will also be responsible for leading email marketing efforts in order to engage our audience of existing and potential broker accounts.

Key Job Functions

  • Engage with brokers through phone calls, emails, and meetings to present product offerings and provide detailed information about our services.
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage brokers, drive conversions, and increase brand awareness.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development within the industry, collaborating with internal team members and external partnerships to exemplify Radion's core values
  • Follow up with broker leads generated through various channels to convert them into active accounts.
  • Understand broker needs, identify opportunities, and present tailored solutions to maximize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting brokers, including digital advertising, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the broker base and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue potential.
  • Continuously monitor the industry to identify trends, market opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures and presentations, to effectively communicate our product offerings to brokers.
  • Continuously communicate with new broker subsets to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to account activation.
  • Coordinate and lead regular training sessions and webinars to educate brokers about new product features, updates, and industry trends.



Desired Qualifications

  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a bias for action and very little need for direction;
  • Experience and/or interest in working at a fast-paced, growing organization;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • 5+ years of product marketing, customer engagement, or a similar role,, ideally in in healthcare or insurance;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively self-manage and project manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in New Orleans (highly preferred)
  • Success in laterally managing holding both teammates and external stakeholders accountable;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills - you are able to manage and a high volume of moving pieces, large and small;
  • Adaptable and creative problem-solver; you are rarely satisfied with the status-quo and you love to identify new ideas to continuously improve internal processes and clients’ experiences;



The starting base for this role is $82,500–$97,500. This role is eligible for a significant annual bonus in addition to the base salary. Radion Health may pay more or less than this amount based on a candidate’s skills and experience, market value, and other relevant factors.
