2 - years of minimum experience working with children specifically infants and/or toddlers.

Infant/Child/Adult CPR, First Aid, AED certification or willing to obtain within 30-days of hire

Classroom preparation and teaching as defined by school practices and schedules.

Building secure relationships with children and parents.

Ensuring curricular objectives are met including play, nature, art ,and project-based instruction.

Maintain consistent documentation of class projects, day's events, and behaviors.

ECD 101 or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Attend appropriate in-service offerings as required by DHS license.

Must relate well with adults and children and display a high degree of competency in Child Care.

Implement a developmentally appropriate program for the assigned classroom.

Applicable and transferable experience, ideally from the child care or child education industries required

Managing operating costs: The CCL manages operating costs by controlling labor and equipment expense without sacrificing the needs of our Mini-Members

3+ years of experience building high-performing operations teams required

Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience required

Strong verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal savvy
