Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Education:

Minimum ten (10) years senior-level experience in human resources management.

Experience in analysis, critical decision-making, project management, and process improvement.

Prepares recommendations for LOGCAP senior management regarding human resources issues, including administrative and corrective actions.

Knowledge of the military’s SHARP program and the ability to obtain SHARP certification.

Collaborates with IHR/Legal to identify and document visa processes and requirements within the LOGCAP area of responsibility.

Strong Project Management skills able to build and meet timelines

Solid HR foundation: HR Generalist experience with Knowledge of Labor Laws

8+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in progressive and modern work environments

Demonstrated experience in developing collaborative relationships with employees at all levels including the ability to influence decision-makers

Experience analyzing and leveraging data to design compelling programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to engage multi-generational audiences

Payroll implementation experience is preferred

Managing benefits for under 100 employees

Knowledge of HR labor laws

Exceptional communication skills, problem solver and proactive

Over four years of FULL cycle payroll processing in ADP WFN

Managing payroll taxes for multiple entities
