People Hr Specialist - Hiring Asap!

A growing entertainment and lifestyle company is looking to add a People HR Specialist to add to its team. Looking for someone with lots of personality, people oriented, and able to work in start-up environment. This role is a great opportunity for the right person that is looking to own payroll, benefits and assist the HR Director with creating an engaging department. This role is FULLY on site Mon - Fri.
Qualified candidates MUST have:

• Managing HR compliance and audits
• Managing payroll taxes for multiple entities
• Managing benefits for under 100 employees
• Knowledge of HR labor laws
• Managing new hire orientation and onboarding
• Being a point of contact for HR related questions or issues
• Payroll implementation experience is preferred
• Over four years of FULL cycle payroll processing in ADP WFN
• Processing Bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll
• BA/BS degree
• Exceptional communication skills, problem solver and proactive
