Essential Function Duties and Responsibilities

Kitchen Clean up including washing dishes and maintaining all sanitation requirements

Must meet basic requirements of local childcare and food service regulatory agencies

Previous experience in quantity food preparation is preferred

Compliant with state training requirements. Participates in professional training opportunities.

Help Head Chef prepare meals

Pass out lunch and snack to classrooms

Base salary in the $55,000 to $75,000 range, depending on experience

This is a hybrid position and requires at least three years of both innkeeping and quality culinary experience

As a Bed & Breakfast Assistant Innkeeper / Chef, your experience should include the following:

Monitor performance of assigned staff and ensure that all procedures are completed to department standards.

Organize and schedule staff in accordance with business volume, time off requests.

Communicate on a daily basis with all Chef de Cuisines.

Communicate additions or changes to the assignments as they arise throughout the shift.
