Expert level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in:

Conducts analysis using optimization and other available tools to create and compare scenarios offering insights into how different ideas perform

Demonstrated experience successfully leading large-scale change management efforts

Conduct Strategic Planning sessions and lead the development and ongoing management of HR strategic plan initiatives

Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated history of continuous learning, acquiring new skills, and taking on increased levels of responsibility within Human Resources

Demonstrated experience developing and executing people strategies aligned with business objectives

Influences Sales channel incentives through offer strategy.

Leads the Xfinity and Comcast Business media investment strategy in partnership with the Agency of Record.

Partners with creative teams on segment led media and messaging strategy.

Serves as the department liaison and Subject Matter Expert to Engineering, field Marketing and Customer Service.

Participates in strategic plan development and building of alliances with industry partners, networks etc. as needed to achieve product growth objectives.

Take an active role in financial management, budgeting, and planning to meet financial commitments and prioritize projects.

Drive project delivery by providing guidance to project managers, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget.

Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including third-party vendors, to deliver technical support and solutions.

7-10 years of infrastructure experience and 5+ years experience at the Director level.

Proven leadership skills to guide teams toward achieving defined goals.

Prior experience working in large enterprise landscapes.

Take an active role in financial management, budgeting, and planning to meet financial commitments and prioritize projects.
