Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment

Knowledge of assessment and treatment through Applied Behavior Analysis teaching techniques in an education and/or residential setting. Knowledge of ICF regulations.

M.A. or M.S. in either Psychology (TC 322) or Special Education (TC 323)

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children with the ABA Team

Must have a current BCBA Certification

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports online

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans with RBT’s

Supervise and train ABA/ Behavioral Technicians

Basic knowledge and familiarity with monitoring, installing, maintaining and/or troubleshooting cybersecurity related issues associated with applications and/or infrastructure systems

Scripting or programming skills (PERL, Python, PowerShell, etc.) preferred as needed

Basic knowledge and familiarity with installing, maintaining and troubleshooting technology systems.

Scripting or programming skills (PERL, Python, PowerShell, etc.) preferred as needed.

6 months of experience in a specific (Cloud, Applications, Infrastructure, Security Technology, etc.) cybersecurity domain is preferred

CISSP or other advanced security-related certification preferred but not required.

Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing skill acquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations

Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals with challenging behavior

Complete assessments, including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, and FBAs

Continually analyze skill acquisition and behavior reduction data

Actively participate in opportunities for staff training and education (available to and encouraged for independent contractors; required for employees)

Training offered for newly minted BCBAs with supervisor towards LBA certification.

Collaborate with and manage Behavior Technician staff

Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using our CentralReach platform

Must possess a BCBA Certification and/or NYS LBA

Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. ABA, Special Education, Psychology)
