Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Yeled v'Yalda is seeking a part-time and/or full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services to clients, developing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children and adults with autism, as well as a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.

License/Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• New grads welcome!
• Bilingual-Spanish speaking a plus
• Certification of BCBA and License of NYS LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Experiences in VB-MAPP and Vineland a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
• One year experience of Applied Behavior Analysis or teaching children with disabilities preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• BCBA will provide parent training.
• BCBA will design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis by utilizing Catalyst application.
• BCBA will provide supervision on paraprofessionals.
• BCBA will conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance.
