Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge of Registered Behavior Technician responsibilities

Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities and other co-occurring disorders.

Research best practices and establishes/implements policy related to behavior treatment and services to members with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.

Knowledge of Theory of human behavior.

Knowledge of Medication and other modalities of treatment.

BCBA Certification from the BACB, in good standing

Knowledge of G Suite preferred

Active AZ License, in good standing

Must be able to pass a background check

Litchfield Park, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

15-30 Direct/Supervision hours in the field.

Attends professional development on training behavior management, Competent Learner Model, progress monitoring, data collection techniques, social skills, etc.

Collaborate with team in creating data sheets using an online company based management information system and other needed materials.

Master’s degree preferably in Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis.

Certification and ongoing CEU’s from the BACB to conduct supervision for RBTs, BCaBA and/or Behavior Analysts In Training.

Two or more years experience working with developmentally disabled or emotionally disturbed children and/or adults. (preferred)

Design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans that include staff actions, IEPs, reports, BIPs, ECMPs, crisis intervention plans, etc.
