Casino Floor Cocktail Server Jobs

Communicates with management to rectify any and all customer needs, comments or incidents

Previous cocktail serving experience preferred

Must have knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne and mixed cocktails

Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Provides timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner

Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand name

Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outlets

Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders

Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures

Enters drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver to guests

Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests

Prepares and balances all reports required by management.

Responsible for accurate accounting of all guest rooms. Communicate pertinent information to co-workers and to management.

CPR/First aid certification where applicable.

Must have first-hand knowledge of the physical layout of the entire building.

Any other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Hotel Manager, or Hotel Manager.

Must be in uniform at all times.

Previous customer service experience required.

Knowledge of various aspects of bartending required.

Must be skilled at managing conflict and influencing outcomes.

Excellent verbal communication skills required; excellent written communication skills preferred.

Presentation and organizational skills preferred.

ID all customers that appear under 30 years old.
