Business Systems Intern Jobs

Having some inventory and/or labor management experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not required.

Supporting daily functionality of the food and scheduling management system, including system functionality, interfaces between systems, integration, and reporting.

Supporting DC transitions and/or new DCs onboarding in food management system in partnership with Supply Chain

Ability to effectively organize and manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responding to daily support tickets opened by field operations to help troubleshoot data discrepancies or system functionality issues.

5+ years of experience of direct people management experience, leading business systems or revenue operations teams,

Strong knowledge of go-to-market technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, content management, and analytics

Managing and leading the technical team responsible for go-to-market systems and technologies, including staffing, performance management, and talent development

Familiarity with sales enablement and sales performance management tools

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and SOX

10+ years relevant experience (Salesforce developer, revenue operations, system architect, or business systems)

Strong time management and organizational skills

Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

BS or BA degree in Finance or IT Systems or equivalent experience

Lead conversations and documentation of functional requirements of systems configuration changes and updates.

Act as a liaison between technology support team and finance team to scope finance enhancements.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase Financial Accounting Systems team efficiency and lead to improved internal customer and partner experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize sophisticated data and communicate insights to senior management.

Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and get results.

Strong Finance and Business Acumen, as well as Product Leadership and Technical Skills are crucial to be effective in this role.

Experience leading process improvement or transformation projects in FP&A or related Finance functions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Previous Experience In a Public Agency Is Preferred.
