Type: Full-time Hybrid 2-3x/week in-person
Location(s): Candidates local to Baltimore/DC preferred, but remote work considered.

Core Responsibilities
  • Liaise with corporate teams as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff, guiding projects from initiation to completion
  • Assist project team with data analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate surveys, data, and reporting for all projects utilizing Qualtrics to include:
  • Upload and maintain completed project data utilizing corporate templates
  • Provide first review of invoices/documents pulled from NetSuite
  • Maximize all business systems’ capabilities and reporting functions
  • Map and manage e-survey project calendars and deadlines
  • Develop and provide accurate and timely reports
  • Support regional business development and marketing through strategic reporting
  • Collaborate with staff across the firm
  • Maintain timely and accurate data entry (New leads, opportunities, contracts, contacts)
  • Maintain all regional NetSuite data to include:
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism, among staff and clientele, consistent with the firm’s mission and values
  • Maintain and regularly update regional team SharePoint site
  • Facilitate regional project data organization and management, including collaborating with colleagues to ensure compliance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with NetSuite/Oracle, Qualtrics, and/or SharePoint a plus
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook (all are required)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Extremely well-organized
  • Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • CRM and data management experience a plus

SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$70,000 Annually
