Manage ad-hoc insights-driven requests (including Macro data analysis for the CEO).

Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, MS Project (or similar project management software), Outlook

Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Familiarity with JIRA and experience using MURAL or other visual collaboration tools

Use internal and external knowledge resources to build skills.

Monitor and manage work and deliverables at the Sprint level for each Program Increment (PI)

Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to senior audiences

4-5 years of combined business analysis and project management experience.

• Execution to completion of document updates following Quality System requirements

• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing

Lead ACS’s efforts improve the airport experience for customers with Disabilities and other Service Requests

Strong critical thinking skills to anticipate challenges and plan appropriately to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

Working knowledge of Disability and Service Request programs

Bachelor’s Degree or 4-plus years of relevant work experience

Knowledge of ACS organizational and operational practices

3 yrs of experience in understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.

Project Management certification from an accredited institution

Scrum Master certification from an accredited institution

This position will not have direct supervisory responsibility but will be expected to lead and/or participate in projects of significant nature.
